I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.

My contractor purchased the 151 combi from local warehouse. I just wanted to share experiences for the whole deal of getting this one. I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch.
