I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. To be safe, I laid a sheet of 1/4" luan plywood on top of the wires while laying the tile. I checked the resistance in the wires at each step... more

Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run. Thank you and I would recommend your company to an actual friend.

I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.

My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Your illustrations for installation should be better. For example the rerouting of the condensation lines was not illustrated well. We figured it out but it took extra time. ....time is...? EVERYTHING!
