I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Our new Mitsubishi makes our bedroom an oasis. This mini-split is ultra quiet and takes the humidity out of the air in short order. My husband (who is a Handy Andy) did all the preliminary installation with no problems, we chose to mount the outside unit on a stand made for mini splits rather than to our cement board siding. A licensed HVAC man came in to do the final vac of the lines to get it fired up, and we could then validate the warranty also. We find setting it at 68 degrees works... more
