Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. Leaked after 3 years . Outer tank is low quality steel, not stainless as implied. Warratny department is useless, claimed leak was caused by leaking supply connection. I also purchased a Triangle Tube boiler . It has failed 3 out of 4 winters. Also junk.
