They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is.
