Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Having been on a project that had over 200 Mitsubishi Units I wanted one for my house. I am very happy with it and am thrilled to have a seer rating of 30.5.
