Aug 29, 2016 Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. It was above a bedroom and became so loud it interfered with sleep. This fan is in same location and you have to open attic door to see if it is running.
