The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug

It's a well made unit and it looks good! The radiator really puts out a lot of heat! It was delivered when they said it would come. I would highly recommend this radiator!
