The product arrived in less than 2-weeks. The unit is a high quality boiler made in Minnesota. This one was for my personal home. If you need questions answered or tech service, they are top notch. They know their product. This unit has been in operation for about a month and works flawlessly. I also have one of their plenum heaters, in use now for 12 years, without any problems what-so-ever.

Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. Needless to say humidity was a problem in this 14' x 14' room. My room has a split ducted a/c unit set to 84 degrees and did have a dehumidifier. Easy to install, though had to use local HVAC company to maintain warranty. Works great. Quiet. Just tried heat and it is a happy addition. We have owned this unit for about 6 months and are located in the Florida Panhandle.
