After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. The first one I bought was for my Business to handle Domestic Hot-water (via Heat exchange and snow melt operations) Units has been up and running for 2 years with short run cycles from 7-15 Mins....
