10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The inside fins are remote and so is the louver. It remembers where you set it so when you turn off and turn it back on it goes back to the setting you left it at. Great Boiler So Far Sep 29, 2016

Installed a few weeks ago...extremely quiet...installation easy....like flexibility of programming.....all working well. Update 1/7/16: Super quiet, easy install, amazingly efficient.....installed in off grid home and working flawlessly for the past few months

The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance
