The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. Installed in a day. LOVE THE HEAT!
