Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Unit: No blower control. The blower lag time cant be adjusted. I would also recommend two stage instead of single stage. Looks well built. No apparent damage. Delivery: Old dominion delivery driver lied to me. Lead me on a goose chase for sheet metal sheers when he had a set in his truck the whole time. Claimed he couldn't unpack the unit from the pallet. When I returned he had the whole thing unpacked. Unprofessional crap.

I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.
