I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Awesome product, cools the house within 30 min. I have a 2600 sq ft house and this thing is great. In the morning you turn it on for 30 min and the house is in the low 60s. The house stays cool all day long. It's a bit expensive but worth it. It saves on the ac bill.

I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.
