i installed two of these in 2008. had to replace one after 6 years the other after 8 years. the only reason i replaced with Noritz was the supposed ease of replacement with the same heater i.e. all piping was supposed to line up...NOT SO! I had to redo piping which cost me an additional $200 because the piping did not line up with original heater. Also i should have been able to get a longer life with original heaters.

I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday.
