Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away.
