The unit was in stock, shipped as promised (for free!), priced very competitively, and installed by my local contractor. All the features exceeded similar units in the same BTU category. Even the installer commented that Goodman makes an exceptional product for the price.

It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic.
