Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. Very impressed so far. Wish Goodman would offer support to homeowners (not just licensed contractors), but I understand that policy. The unit came with very complete documentation that is really all the info you need for a do-it-yourself-er.
