I have used Modine free standing gas fired heaters for some 28 years in Greenhouse application. They say nothing last for 20 years, yet I have 2 of 18 that have lasted that long. Stainless burners are Ideal, a little pricey for me, but the new aluminum/steal burners are superior to the old galvanized

The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. Received air conditioner installation went great already had sleeve from previous carrier 52s!!! This one cools a lot better more !! I like it better filter is easy to clean just pull them out clean rinse reinstall!!!
