Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. I had someone install it, so I cannot say how easy that was, but setting up the wifi and the rest of the settings was a breeze. It's too soon to see if it's learning anything, but just having the app on my phone is great. Very happy so far, thank you!
