I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Unit installed last October. Worked well for the first three months then started acting up. Required constant visits by plumber who at this juncture has no clue what the problem is and neither does the wholesaler or the manufacturer. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEVICE!!

Very quiet, you can only hear the fan running. Suction line service valve is too close to the case makes it difficult to braze the suction line in.

Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.
