Bought this system after a blazing hot summer. Was in my opinion the best and maybe the only way to get this kind of heating/cooling in an older and inefficient home at a more reasonable price with the option to do it myself. The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I could not find the size as to how wide, deep, or height but that was probably my fault but it worked out great the only difference was the height... more

I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

I just built a new pole building and was looking for heat and decided this is it. At this point have it hanging, in process of hooking up so might be a little early for a review, but I can tell I'm going to be satisfied. Delivery was Awesome no complaints
