I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Contractor grade fan got noisy within 2 years and progressively got worse. It was above a bedroom and became so loud it interfered with sleep. This fan is in same location and you have to open attic door to see if it is running. Time will tell if it was worth the price but initially it is a good investment.
