I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running.
