I have built a greenhouse and installed this boiler into the benches to heat the propagation soil and to a unit heater. I decided on hydronic, but knew nothing about its operation or how it really worked. Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.

The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.
