Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The high efficient propane furnace, heat pump, coil, and expansion valves make a great package. We got it installed a week ago in Maine and it has been great so far, it has not gotten cold enough to switch to the furnace for heat, so it has only used the heat pump, but it has worked great. It is quiet and is great quality.
