5-star A Great Little Fan Sep 01, 2016

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. I have a thermostat in the chase and a control system that turns on the fan when the chase temperature drops below 40 degrees F. Now I can spend time... more

4-star Not Bad But Not Impressed Either. Sep 30, 2016

Bought the 150 cfm unit with 6" duct for a lot of air movement. Only needed 80 to 100 cfm unit as per professional installer for size of my bathroom. Although unit is very quite and was easy to install I'm not sure it was worth the money for amount of air it seems to move. Also has about a 10 second delay when turning on. Nothing in product description tells you about this delay.

Lastly, based on the inlet and exhaust locations, figure out where you want to position the unit you are going to use. Now there are lot's of installation tips an experienced professional can offer you while going through this process, but common sense and a... more
