I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. Very easy to install... working great... no issues... If this works as good as it is now for the next 10 years, as it is warrantied for, I will be getting another just like it... Wonderful furnace!
