Mounting hardware (included) made product easy to install. Self venting makes product simple to use; best feature was company stood behind product. When radiator began to leak after 2 years, ecomfort replaced radiator for free.

Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. The indoor blower isn't obtrusive, but louder than the high fan of many ductless minisplits, even on... more
