Two months ago I purchased a LG 48,000 BTU Ac and heating unit. I installed it myself and just had help to get it started up directions could be more clear but it was fairly easy to do. I was even more impressed when I received my first Electric bill the month prior to installation I paid $251 I just received my bill with the unit installed in the middle of summer and my electric bill was $144 wow .very impressed and satisfied do unit is extremely quiet but powerful.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

I'm very pleased with how easy the installation was and the domestic hot water is fast and plentiful. I am amazed as to how quick the boiler heats and circulates the water through the system, I am curious to see how efficient it will be come winter.
