Installed my B10/4 with a becket burner, just over a month ago. I am very pleased with it so far. Have a tank for hot water and it heats the tank quickly. I have only had to run it a couple of times to take the chill off the house, but it did so well. It is quiet, light weight. The weight was nice since I have no outside access to my cellar, and had to bring it thru the house and down a flight of stairs. Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Easily keeps my 14x18x9 living room (east and south exposure) plus 12x12x9 kitchen plus 10x10x9 dining room cool on a 90 degree day with large window exposures on all walls. Outdoor Unit:more
