I am satisfied with how quiet the unit is, but it is taking way too long to get any hot water. We have metered water and it is expensive. Any savings I may have gained from doing away with the pilot lite and storage tank will be more than lost letting the water run for 2 to 3 times longer than with a tanked water heater. 16 to 17 found this review helpful. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well.
