They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is.
