I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Delivery was OK (took awhile). I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. Happy with the system.
