The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Easily keeps my 14x18x9 living room (east and south exposure) plus 12x12x9 kitchen plus 10x10x9 dining room cool on a 90 degree day with large window exposures on all walls. Outdoor Unit:more

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
