I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.

I replaced the 100 cfm fan in the bathroom with the Panasonic 300CFMfan. I no longer have a foggy mirror in the bathroom and sometimes I try to fog it up. No more embarrassing stink gas either. After a minute, all objectionable odors are gone. The only draw back is now that it is Winter the cold air rushing under the door and air getting ducked out of the vent register is cold while doing your business. I plan on installing the 150 cfm in my smaller bathroom.

Just to say - it is great except can't seem to control the temp. I'll keep trying as have only had it two months. Always have hot water, but almost burn my hands sometime. Perhaps I must make larger adjustments -
