Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. My Mitsubishi has been up and running for about a month now, its currently heating a 440sq ft finished garage. Its super quiet and the heat is even and well controlled. I installed it myself and had no issues whatsoever ( I've worked in industrial automation and controls for many years ). Very nice unit I like it a lot.

Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.
