Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. tech had lot of troubles and there were no instruction given and the part was missing that goes in the furnace metal peace is misssing in the package
