The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Two days after installation, the 12k unit quit working with a fan malfunction code. Efforts to contact Gree have been unsuccessful. The 9k unit continues to operate normally. Warranty/repair is a real issue.
