The product arrived in less than 2-weeks. The unit is a high quality boiler made in Minnesota. This one was for my personal home. If you need questions answered or tech service, they are top notch. They know their product. This unit has been in operation for about a month and works flawlessly. I also have one of their plenum heaters, in use now for 12 years, without any problems what-so-ever.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions.
