Delivery was OK (took awhile). I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. Happy with the system.

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. Rinnai EnergySaver ES38W Gas Fired Direct Vent Wall Furnace, LP, White - 36,500 BTU, 7-State Modulating gas valve, modulating blower, programmable thermostat, self diagnostic. Unbelievable difference in this like day and night highly recommend to anyone.
