The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. It did arrive with a dent in it but the dent does not affect the performance. I wish it had mounting holes on the bottom so it could be hung upside-down, to allow the supply and return to be on the opposite side, it would have made installation much easier for me.
