The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well the furnace was wrapped and secured to the pallet. Installation was fairly simple by my installer. He said that he had installed more Goodman furnaces than any other brand and that it was easy to get parts. Furnace fired up and worked properly.
