The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit.
