The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. I had the furnace installer install his programmable thermostat when he installed the new furnace & AC unit. I previously had a thermostat I liked that he threw away. This thermostat cannot be programmed to the same temperature on the heating and cooling cycle. They are always 3 degrees apart. If my wife, on oxygen, is hot, and the thermostat was set to heating, I need to change to cooling, and reprogram it 3 degrees cooler, through the whole cycle, or it will reset later in the day,... more

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.
