Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. It's a well made unit and it looks good! The radiator really puts out a lot of heat! It was delivered when they said it would come. I would highly recommend this radiator!

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I just purchased three more of these units, all three are 200,000 BTU, one unit is for a propane application so the conversion kit was ordered for that unit. All three are now installed and working beautifully. The 83% efficiency rating helps reduce the price of these units by 25% because they qualifying for an energy rebate from our utility provider. Quiet, nice finish, great product.

Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.
