I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Skeptical when purchasing, very pleased with results. Packaging could be better, air relief valve was damaged (shipping company), but easily replaced with peckok valve. Will be ordering more for sure, throws off impressive heat in a slimline package. Replaced 16' of slantfin baseboard and get tons more heat. Easy to install with multiple options of h20 hookups.
