This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job. This was just installed recently in mild temperatures so I can't comment on how well it can heat and cool my small structure but based on the air temp it should work pretty well. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65). Install went exactly per instructions. The unit is very quiet. I would also recommend ecomfort’s basic install kit. The wireless thermostat is a nice touch. Works just like a traditional thermostat and is programmable. The indoor unit is 3ft from a tv and 4ft from a fluorescent light. I have not seen any interference.
