I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
