I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. Bought a large flip. The previous owner removed the condenser and A coil. Called EComfort. The salesman was in the HVAC business for many years. He sold me the EXACT units I needed. Delivery was in 2 days. The A coil fit perfectly on the heater. The next day we were working in 70 degree temperature during a heat wave. Thanks.
